Jump Rope For Heart 2015

On Tuesday May 19, all students from Kindy to Year 6 participated in the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser, to raise valuable funds for the Heart Foundation. It was a fantastic day filled with enthusiasm, energy and many a smile!

Year group by year group, each class had the opportunity to participate in a number of rotations where they practiced their jumping skills in a variety of different ways. They had the opportunity to have a go at jumping, pair skipping, individual skipping, an obstacle course and relays. The favourite of the day, among both the students and the teachers, appears to have been jumping the long rope!

I would like to thank Makybe families for their generous contributions and congratulate the students and teachers for their participation and efforts in what turned out to be a wonderful day.
