iPad Classes

At the end of each year, parents of children moving into years 3 to 6 have the option of nominating their child to participate in our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) iPad program. The BYOD program allows teachers to meaningfully integrate the use of ICT to enhance learning opportunities. The use of iPads is complementary to school learning programs and is not the only tool students will utilise each day. Students in iPad classes are still required to purchase the items on the booklist.

Children who are nominated for BYOD must bring an iPad that meets the following requirements:

  • Devices supporting iPadOS 18
  • Wi-Fi – must be connected to school Wi-Fi during school hours.
  • Portable device insurance for replacement if lost or damaged.
  • Internet access at home for app and software downloads and updates.
  • Protective cover
  • Earphones
  • Students to follow the Student ICT Agreement.

Parents can purchase their own devices or bring a previously used device that meets the criteria. We have partnered with Winthrop Australia in offering a One-to-One iPad Program portal, which you can access here: Shop Winthrop Australia

Winthrop provide many great value options, including a 36-month interest free pay by instalments plan. Please read the conditions of this offer if you are interested.
